Veterinary Consent

According to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, Veterinary Physiotherapy cannot be performed without permission from a Veterinary Surgeon.

Referral forms will be sent out to your vet to be filled out prior to your first appointment- please note appointments cannot occur before this form is completed.​
