Our Obligations to You:

• Prioritise welfare and well-being for each individual animal, taking measures to follow health and safety protocols

• Provide a professional and science-backed service

• Follow RAMP code of conduct, working within scope of practice with insurance and membership​

Veterinary Physiotherapy cannot be performed without referral from your vet (Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966), a referral form must be received from your Veterinary Surgeon prior to your appointment and any animal without a referral will not be treated.

Coast & Downs Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse treatment of any animal and refer back to the referring Veterinary Surgeon if necessary.

Cash and card are accepted as forms of payment and appointments must be paid for on the day or prior to the appointment if deemed necessary.

​

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment or an appointment is missed then the client will have to pay half the cost of the treatment they had an appointment for.
